Crafting Celebration: Custom Branded & 50th Birthday Wooden Coolers for Powerscreen
When Powerscreen reached out to us, they wanted something far more memorable than standard corporate merchandise. A custom-built wooden cooler offers a timeless, rustic look that fits right in on a patio, at a company barbecue, or during a weekend getaway.
Key Custom Details:
Custom Laser Engraving: Each top panel was laser-engraved with the official Powerscreen Crushing Screening logo, deeply set into the grain for a durable finish.
Personalized Touch: For the milestone 50th birthday piece, we added a clean custom engraving honoring Justin’s birthday along the lid line.
Integrated Cooler Tub: Rather than building a simple box, each unit features an insulated internal cooler liner with the lid secured directly to the wooden top frame. Opening the wooden lid smoothly opens the insulated lid inside in one motion.
Built-in Hardware: Every cooler comes equipped with a front-mounted cast iron bottle opener.
Lower Storage Shelf: A slatted wooden shelf at the base provides room for backup ice, beverage cases, or grilling accessories.
Precision Design & Build Specifications
To guarantee exact proportions and long-lasting durability, every piece began in our CAD modeling workflow before hitting the workbench.
